My wife and I bought our first home five years ago with Pete and Cindy guiding us through the process. When we were thinking about buying a new home, we called Pete and Cindy and they promptly set-up a time to meet with us to assess our existing home and understand our needs for a new home. One meeting with Pete and Cindy convinced us that the timing was right and that we could achieve all we wanted within our timeline.
Pete and Cindy worked hard to get people through our existing home and we received several offers. The house sold in just over a month’s time. They worked just as hard to find us a home to buy – getting us into new properties before others had the chance. After a short time, we found just the house we were looking for. Through their professional approach and teamwork, Pete and Cindy got us in the same day it hit the market, we were the first to view it and it was ours.
Never afraid to go above and beyond even after the sale was complete, Pete also delivered and helped install a swing set from another property he was listing for my two sons. The finishing touch on a great selling and buying experience.

I can't say enough positive about Pete and Cindy Weyenberg in the recent sale of my house and purchase of another home.
